04: Matt Mulligan Goner?

Let me be the first to say, or close to it that this is AWESOME news, but this doesn’t mean he couldn’t be back. The Jets won’t tender him meaning that he will be a RFA and they won’t have to pay him his 1.3 tender BUT they could re-sign him at a later date for a lower salary because the Jets are going to the Run especially now that they brought in Tony Sparano.
