CORTLAND, N.Y. — LaRon Landry is ready to roll. Finally.
Two days after placing the veteran safety on the physically-unable-to-perform list, the Jets activated Landry Thursday after he passed his physical and conditioning test in Florham Park, N.J.
Landry is expected to practice with the team Friday, the first training-camp practice, although he probably will be limited.
The Jets signed the former Redskin to a one-year, $3.5 million contract even though he battled an Achilles’ tendon issue the last two seasons.

CORTLAND, N.Y. — As expected, Darrelle Revis reported Thursday morning with the rest of the team, according to two sources. There will be no holdout.
He showed up early to the New York Jets’ facility in Florham Park, N.J., where players were required to take their physical and perform a conditioning test.
From there, they will hit the road for the 200-mile drive to training camp in Cortland.
The team is scheduled to arrive around 3 p.m. Rex Ryan and players will be available to the media as they check into their dorms.

CORTLAND — The Jets will arrive in Cortland Thursday afternoon for the start of training camp and, yes, CB Darrelle Revis is expected to be among them.
After mulling a possible holdout, Revis decided late last week to report to camp, a league source confirmed last Saturday. He hasn’t changed his mind even though he still feels like he’s entitled to a contract extension. It’ll be interesting to see if Revis articulates his true feelings to the media or decides to zip it for the good of the team.
