Geno Smithwas interviewed for OCNN network this week and in this five minute plus interview, Geno spoke about how the media made big deal about him not going to Mark Sanchez’s camp “Jets West” but decided to stay in FL and workout with other players.
With the dog days of summer, does the media make up stories to sell hits, papers etc, or do the Jets deserve this type of attention?
“I think it’s just something to talk about. Right now it’s a dead period, so any type of hype, anything that they can get their hands on, some type of controversy,” Smith said. “The media, they’re just doing their job. They got to create a hot story, they gotta keep the fans interested.”
Ah, trash talking in the Jets locker room, or in this case, online on twitter and Instagram. Brandon Marshall is doing some fishing to get the corner-backs to talk back that he's going to "EAT" in the red zone drills today. He apparently caught one…
