Jeff Cumberland Latest Jet to Delete Twitter Account

Jets Tight End Jeff Cumberland apparently deleted his account as some followers noticed this past week when they tried to reference him because of his dropped pass at the end of the Texans MNF game.
Jeff joins other players like Matt Slauson, Antonio Cromartie, and former players like WR Plaxico Burress and S Kerry Rhodes to delete their accounts after some scrutiny on the ball field.

I assume that it was because of his botched catch that turned into an interception this past Sunday, but beat writer Dennis Waszak Jr. of AP tells me he thinks the account may have been deleted earlier.

Jeff wasn’t a popular player on twitter to interact with the fans, and his account was usually dormant but when he was active last year, boy did he tweet some whoppers.
