Jets 53 Man Roster Update from Jets Twitter Account

This morning we gave you updates from Jets beat writers but some of the information was contradictory with other beat writers, SO the first official announcement comes from the official NY Jets twitter account.  Manish had the count down to 58, but it’s at 61.

Overall in the NFL, approximately 704 players will be released today and about 256 will be added back to practice squads.
