Fireman Ed Gives a Shout Out to Jets Twit on Hargz and Carter’s ‘The Green Zone’

As you may or may not know, I love to help people out in any way I can.  If you are a Jets fan, then I will go out of my way to help a fellow green and white.  There are many new sites popping up and I’m proud to be part of the new popular show “Flight 5 Live” and the other is “The Green Zone with Hargz and Carter”.

Hargz and Carter had Jets Punter T.J. Conley on yesterday’s show as well as Fireman Ed.  Go give it a listen.  I had asked Julien (Carter) a question on twitter in reply to their inquiry to ask Ed a question and I had heard he was going to support QB Mark Sanchez this year and fans will know (I’m assuming he will be wearing something).

I had asked the guys to find out HOW he would be supporting Mark.  He didn’t really say how and I get that he wants to make it a surprise.  What surprised me was the shout out he gave me and my blog.  I know he read the site and was a fan from a series of tweets in March, but to hear it in his voice from who I consider a legend amongst Jets fans and probably the most known fan in sports today is something special.

I know he gets his share of hate, (and I have a podcast dedicated to haters)  but this Jets fan supports Ed all the way.
