Picture: Rex Ryan Losing TONS of Weight

Rex Ryan has been on a diet.  No Really.  I saw this picture of “Sexy Rexy” at a charity event and my jaw dropped.  I remember him being his biggest in 2010 and found this picture of him right before the AFC Championship.

Now I know that the team has a new mantra called “One Step Faster” but I didn’t know that coaches were included in the mix.

WOW, good for you Rex for wanting to be healthy and being a great role model showing that if you can shed THAT MUCH WEIGHT, anyone can do it!
