Newest Jet Kristofer O’Dowd Introduced himself to Jets Nation on Twitter

Free Agency isn’t even 24 hours old and we have a new Jet player on the team and on twitter.  Kristofer O’Dowd, a backup Center and possibly depth to the O-line in other positions, can be found on twitter at @ODOWD61.

So what kind of tweeter is Kris?  He’s a RT’er…. for now.  Many Jets fans reached out to O’Dowd and Kris was Retweeting their messages.

Before that was happening, he put out a tweet that he was a Jet with a chant and then put a link to a picture of his actual contract.  I was a little surprised as it had the actual language (cut off) but still it was legit.  I wonder how the team feels about that?   Probably no big deal, but still…. I wouldn’t do it.

If you are going to show you are signing a contract, do like Mark Sanchez or Sione Pouha on their accounts.
