Plaxico Burress is expected to fine after tweaking his lower back in practice on Tuesday. The Jets’ wide receiver will face his former team on Saturday when Gang Green plays the Giants at MetLife Stadium.
“He went up for a ball yesterday,” Rex Ryan said after morning walk-through. “He’s seems to be doing fine right now. If we’re playing a real game, he’s going to play. I think he’ll play anyway. “If he can’t play, we’ll definitely let somebody else tell him that,” Ryan cracked.
Burress told reporters this morning that he’s a little sore, but he’ll be ready to go for the game.

Offensive Coordinator, Marty Mornhinweg, was unavailable to explain himself to the media after the game Sunday, but Yahoo sports have reached out this morning and here are some quotes from the Jets' OC.
