Should Greg McElroy Backup Mark Sanchez?

I know it’s ONE game in PRE-SEASON, but I think Greg McElroy has a chance to be the number 2 behind Mark some day.   No I don’t think it will be this season, but in the future, possibly next year.  He showed me one major thing:  Greg is TOUGH.  He was on his back for most of the game getting hammered and showed poise and did well under pressure.

    McElroy looked good over all – came back from a terrible start, moved
    well in the pocket, ate a bunch of sacks and kept on ticking.

    But he really needs to add some “oomphhh” to those deep throws.

    McElroy has played better than Sanchez. Brunet should be their mentors, that’s it.

    sanchez is ok but Mcelroy has much more hype and came out of Alabama and got drafted up i think the jets traded up to get that pick so that must mean somthin i think mcelroy should start hes got talent
